Please contact the surgery at least 2 weeks before you are due to depart, brief details will be taken by the receptionist from you for the practice nurse such as where you are travelling to, for how long, any planned trips, and accommodation type. The nurse will later check the recommended vaccinations and we will contact you to inform you of which vaccinations you require, if any and inform you of any charges incurred.
