2026 Dementia drop in clinic dates

These monthly clinics are ran by a Dementia Specialist Nurse and Admiral Nurse and I also attend Sherwood Forest site.

These are free clinics are for anyone in or outside of the hospital sites to attend.

This is in addition to the support that can be accessed by Nottinghamshire Dementia Wellbeing Service (see attached) which can be referred to via F12/Carers Champion Toolkit or Alzheimer’s Society  for general support and strategies for Patients and Families – https://www.alzheimers.org.uk/dementia-professionals/make-a-referral

This does not affect the service of anyone who is already in receipt of Admiral Nurse support in North Ashfield area
